3 Layer – SWISS STONE PINE

Quality class A (0 avg. EN 13017-1):

Joint-tight surface, straight-grained wood, healthy firmly intergrown smaller knots, isolated small resin pockets, virtually free of compression wood and pith, uniform colour, occasionally natural knotted plugs and repaired resin pockets permitted, no sapwood,(in the case of larch, pine, Swiss stone pine), overall balanced structure and furniture front quality.

Quality class B (B avg. EN 13017-1):

Joint-tight surface, strong and pronounced wood pattern, larger knots and resin pockets permissible, increased repairs with natural knot plugs and resin pocket patches possible, compression wood, slight discoloration, pith and sapwood (for pine, larch, Douglas fir and Swiss stone pine) permissible
