TILLY focuses on promoting young talent – and not only when it comes to WOOD as a raw material! Every year, TILLY Holzindustrie GmbH trains apprentices in various technical and manual professions. Six apprentices are currently being trained in our company. Our apprentices learn everything about modern wood processing – from machine operation to quality control – and work directly with experienced specialists.
Our goal is to offer young people a sound and future-proof education. Practical learning is particularly important to us, in which apprentices not only get to know the theory, but are also actively involved in everyday work from the very beginning.
