As a rule, impeccable front and furniture quality. Joint-tight surface, healthy firmly intergrown smaller knots, individual small resin pockets, virtually free of compression wood and core pith, uniform colour, occasionally natural knot plugs and repaired resin pockets permitted, practically sapwood-free (for pine), reverse side closed.

Quality class B

As a rule, impeccable front and furniture quality. Quality class BK

Cabinet-grade quality. Surface closed on one side. Strong and pronounced wood grain structure; larger knots, resin pockets, pith, core streaks and discolourations as well as shallow surface cracks permitted.
